Charles D. Hartman Fall Prevention Award

Step Smart has created this award named in honor of Charles ”Doug” Hartman, a leader, and a pioneer in the championing of fall prevention. The annual award is presented to an individual whose efforts made an outstanding contribution to preventing falls in Southwest Florida.

With the permission of his family, we have shared Doug’s Eulogy video to learn more about him and remember his legacy.
